Brooklyn Greene

Brooklyn Greene is a senior at Greenup County High School.  She has a 4.1 GPA and has earned eight college credits from dual enrollment courses.  Although Brooklyn has not yet decided what she wants to do when she graduates, she has been accepted to Morehead State University and Shawnee State University.  She has applied for several scholarships including the FFA Growing Leaders, Marathon, and GRECC.  During high school, Brooklyn has been a member of FFA, Rho-Kappa, FCA and GC Varsity Softball.  Outside of school, her interests include livestock showing, all things agriculture, her family farm, anything with FFA, her church and her family.  She is a member of Greenup Christian Church and is a Junior Church Assistant.  When asked about her favorite high school memory, Brooklyn couldn’t think of just one.  She said that she has many and these include the 2022 Powerpuff Brawl, the football game pep sections, spirit weeks, and working with her peers in the special needs room.  Brooklyn is the daughter of Doug and Amanda Greene of South Shore.  Her brother, Richie Greene, is a 2020 GCHS Graduate.  Congratulations, Brooklyn!!! Greenup County High School is very proud of you and we pray you have a blessed, successful life.
