Banana Pudding

Banana Pudding

 

2 boxes Vanilla Wafers, mini

6-8 bananas, sliced

2 cups milk

1 5 oz. box French Vanilla pudding mix

1 8 oz. package cream cheese

1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk

1 12 oz. container cool whip

Line bottom of 13x9 inch pan with 1 bag of cookies and a layer of sliced bananas.

In a bow, combine milk and pudding mix and blend well with mixer.

Using another bowl, combine cream cheese and condensed milk together until smooth.Fold whipped topping into cream cheese mixture.

Add the cream cheese mixture to the pudding mixture and stir until well blended.

Pour mixture over the cookies and bananas and cover with remaining cookies.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.

*Use small crystal jelly jars for individual servings.

For a lighter recipe:

Use sugar free pudding, reduced fat cream cheese and vanilla wafers and/or lite cool whip.
