Deluxe 7 Layer Cookies

4 cups graham cracker crumbs

3/4 cup butter, melted

1 14oz. can sweetened condensed milk

2 cups of "your choice" baking chips

    Example:

                   1/2 cup semi-sweet

                   1/2 cup butterscotch

                   1/2 cup peanut butter

                   1/2 cup white chocolate

1 bag of shredded coconut

1/2 cup of chopped nuts (walnuts)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Mix graham cracker crumbs and butter together until blended. Grease a 13x9" pan. Press mixture into pan to form the bottom of the cookie. Press firmly. Drizzle 1/2 of the can of condensed milk over the graham cracker cookie bottom in the pan. Save the remaining condensed milk for later.

Next, layer your 2 cups of mix and match baking chips of your choice over the cookie bottom. Spread coconut on top and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Drizzle with the remaining 1/2 can of sweetened condensed milk.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes until coconut starts to lightly brown.

Remove and let cool completely before cutting and removing from pan.

Enjoy!!
