Oatmeal Banana Bake

2 1/4  cups Bob's Red Mill 5 grain hot cereal

1 tsp. baking powder

1/4 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. cinnamon

1/4 cup honey

1 1/2 cup milk

2-3 mashed bananas

1 large egg, lightly beaten

1 tsp. vanilla extract.

In bowl combine dry ingredients. In another bowl combine wet ingredients. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients.

Spray 8x8 pan with cooking spray. Add banana-oats mixture and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.

Add 1/2 cup chopped nuts to top and roast for additional 5 minutes.

Serve warm.
